Payment and Ownership: A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to start any web development project with Complete Office Solutions. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the website goes live. For clients on monthly payment plans, the website remains the property of Complete Office Solutions until fully paid. If payment is not completed, the website will be disabled.

Project Lifecycle: Our development process includes several key phases: Design, Development, Testing, and Launch. Each phase requires your approval to proceed to the next stage, ensuring that the project meets your expectations at every step.

Content Submission: All necessary content must be provided in specified formats at project milestones. Delays in content submission may lead to project delays or additional charges.

Dedicated Website Management Solutions

Month-to-Month Service Agreement: We offer flexible month-to-month website management services, perfect for clients who need ongoing updates, optimizations, and maintenance without a long-term commitment.

Payment Terms for Website Management Services: Monthly fees for website management services are due at the start of each month. These payments are essential for the continuous management and functionality of your website.

Service Suspension for Non-Payment: If monthly payments are not received on time, Complete Office Solutions reserves the right to temporarily suspend website management services until payment is made. This suspension includes both management and hosting services, potentially resulting in your website going offline.

Website Management Features and Limitations: We provide responsive designs, CMS features, and e-commerce solutions through our website management services. Please note that some advanced integrations or features may require third-party services, which could incur additional costs.

Ownership and Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you retain ownership of your website’s visual design and content. However, the underlying code and software are the intellectual property of Complete Office Solutions, used under license.
