Store Policies

  • We serve customers who reside in South Africa. International orders are not supported at this time.
  • All purchases must be made either in-store or via our secure online store.
  • To make an online purchase, customers must first register for an account. Account registration requires a valid South African address, phone number, and email address.
  • All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • The pricing of our products is subject to change without prior notice.

Return Policy

  • Customers are allowed to return their purchases within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Only products that are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging can be returned. Otherwise 20% handling fee
  • Software, licenses, and services are not eligible for returns, due to the nature of these products.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receiving the returned product. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Return Rules

  1. Before returning any product, customers must first contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Returned items without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  4. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
